"The Butterfly Kiss" (Fluttering one's eyelashes on someone's skin so they just feel the tickling sensation)

Photography, video and mixed media. Where art meets fashion. Self-portrayed by Ingrid Bredholt and Victor Nicolai, shot with 35 mm, analog film. All images are handworked; developed and scanned with real butterflies. (No animals got harmed during this!)

The most compelling stories leave something to the imagination in opposite to today’s effects of social media

-"The starting point was to have the art/clothes in focus, not the model. Today who is wearing the clothes get way too much attention. It later expanded into something deeper - we wanted to show the intimate and vulnerable; how we humans really are.

Both video and pictures shown are raw and untouched with interruption of distorted clips, just like how the reality gets interrupted with a fake world. To us a butterfly kiss (like described above) symbolises a kind of intimacy that you can't experience via IG or any SoMe." Ingrid says.
