ORDERS

All products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotions. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship there may be instances from time to time where we run out of stock in an item. In these instances your item will be canceled and you will be notified by a member of our customer service team. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders within Norway will be shipped on the same day as the order is placed if done so before 1pm (+1 gmt)(Monday through Friday, excluding holidaysOrders will be shipped the next business day if order is placed by 12pm EST. Orders placed after 1 pm (+1 gmt) wil be shipped next business day.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed on our website we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. Please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received your order if you wish to return or exchange an item.

PRICING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Euro (EUR). While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order canceled. PteronStudio accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: MasterCard  and Visa

SHIPPING

NORWAY

All orders within Norway are shipped with Bring and are free of charge on orders over 1000 NOK. Orders under 1000 NOK are subject to a shipping fee of 100 NOK. Please allow 1-2 business days for shipping.

EUROPE

Orders within Europe are subject to a shipping fee of 300 NOK. All orders are shipped with FedEx, please allow 3-5 business days for shipping.

WORLDWIDE

Orders to the rest of the world are subject to a shipping fee of 450 NOK. All orders are shipped with Fed Express, please allow 7-10 business days for shipping.

RETURNS

PteronStudio wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All returns must be made within 14 days from the date you received the item/s and be accompanied with the Return Authorization Slip - see below for details. All merchandise can be exchanged for other items and gift cards as well as refunded within the aforementioned time period.

All tags, including the price tag, must be fully attached to returned items. All items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.

Refunds will be issued in the form of a bank transfer. Please provide full bank information on the Return Authorization Slip. Please note that we do not refund return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as Bring, UPS or Federal Express, that allows you to track your package.

Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Fill out the return slip you received with the shipment and send it back together with the item/s you wish to exchange or return. Should you for some reason not have received a return slip or lost it, you can get a new one by emailing pink@pteronstudio.com. Returns will not be accepted without prior notice if you fail to present a return slip together with the item/s delivered back to us. Ship return items directly to the address stated on the return slip.

Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper.

PteronStudio is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. PteronStudio does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at PteronStudio´s sole discretion.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer care immediately.

The PteronStudio website and related services are made available to you pursuant to the following terms and conditions and any other rules posted on our site (collectively, the "Terms and Conditions”). By visiting PteronStudio, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in the Terms and Conditions. We may modify the Terms and Conditions periodically and your continued use of this site following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified terms and conditions.
